We accept returns of unopened products in good condition . Bottles that have been opened or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refunds.
If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
In cases of returns due to buyer's remorse , the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Whenever possible, refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, after the products have been received and verified.
